When possible we provide product photos, spec sheets, reviews, and usually add a summary explaining the differences between the options. Then we give you all the time you need to decide.

Select the services you need and add to cart. Please only
select the items you KNOW you need. It is easier to add-on services
and products at time of install than it is to provide you with a
refund.
We do not sell products from the site, but can sell them at the time of installation. You may pay by major credit card, debit card, or via check through our secure Paypal cart.
At checkout you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred date & time frame (AM or PM)
of installation. Our schedule books up quickly, so please be flexible
and offer a few options that will work for you. You can check our
calendar HERE to see upcoming appointment availability.
Please understand we will do everything we can to accommodate
scheduling requests, but do not guarantee you will get the first
day/time frame you select.
Great Expectations:
- all packages include speaker wire and coax in standard length runs...larger rooms may be extra.
- Installation packages do not include equipment. However, we do offer complete install/equipment packages as seen above.
- TV/projector/speaker mounting does not include bracket hardware for mounting, unless specified.
- TV installations over certain fireplaces or similarly challenging surfaces may require additional fees.
- External wire channeling may be used to hide wires when in-wall concealment is not an option.
- A 50% deposit is required for all equipment orders.
- Payment in full is due at time of installation.
- Prices do not include local sales tax.
- Businesses must have a current resale certificate on file to receive sales tax exemption.
- A 3% service charge may be added to credit card purchases.
- $25 fee for returned checks due to NSF.
- We are located in Olympia & we typically serve a 60 mile radius. Outlying areas, may require a trip fee.
- Site survey fees paid will be credited toward any purchased package over $200.
- Power cords can't be run in-wall. We recommend an electrician install an outlet first.
